Candy Spitzer serves as the President of Spitzer & Associates and is a licensed real estate broker. She has more than 25 years experience providing real estate solutions for government and quasi-government organizations. She offers a high level of expertise for managing large federal real estate projects and producing successful results that have earned her an excellent reputation in this field of work. As a Program Manager Coordinator and Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager, she provides quality assurance for entire projects. She maintains responsibility for all aspects of project performance and deploying resources to meet project schedule and budget. As the project lead coordinator, Ms. Spitzer personally assures rapid problem resolution and access to needed resources at both the corporate and contract levels.
